Crystal Clear Window Cleaning

went very well when he finally showed up a day late. He was scheduled a week earlier but we agreed to set a new date for a week later due to weather. On the newly set date, he didn't show and didn't call. I reached him by phone -- he said he was stuck on I-25 and would be late (obviously, he could answer his phone but couldn't call to tell me of his predicament). I told him to come the next morning, he agreed to 8:30 then I moved it to 9:00 a.m. thinking it would be easier on him. He finally showed up at 10:00 (again, no call, nothing). Windows aren't a hard job but customer respect apparently is so I'm finished with him.

What can I say? He did a super job and we were very pleased.

John was very prompt.  He is very professional.  He is proud of the work he does, as well he should be.   I would definitely hire him again.

John did work in my neighborhood. He saw me in my driveway,and gave me his card. When he quoted his price I booked him for the next day. The windows sparkle which makes the entire house look cleaner. He also did all the mirrors and shower doors. He works alone and works hard. I recommend him highly.

The owner John Tapia solicted our buisness, quoted the price for the service and cleaned the windows. From beginning to end, this was a great experience. John was professional, personable and great at communicating with me to confirm our appointment. He did a fantastic job cleaning all the windows in our home, inside, outside, screens, doors and sliding glass doors. In addition, John cleaned all the mirrors in our home as well as the shower doors in all our bathrooms. The quote of $200.00 for this job was $100.00 under what I received from other companies and the results were better than I hoped. The original quote did not include interior mirrors or shower doors, he just did them! Every window was cleaned perfectly and there was no sign that he was ever here by  ensuring that every area he worked in was cleaned up before he left.

The day afte the windows were cleaned, it rained. John called immediately to schedule time for him to come and look at the outside windows to see if they needed to be re-cleaned because of the storm. This was a service I never expected.

I will just Crystal Clear Window Washing again and you should too!
