About us

Concrete Lift & Stabilization, Inc is a family owned and operated business. We specialize in lifting and leveling sunken concrete slabs. We use two systems to raise and stabilize sunken concrete: mudjacking and polyjacking. By offering both systems to our clients, and the only company to do so in the Denver area, we consider ourselves the experts in raising sunken concrete. Our professional technicians will fully diagnose the areas needing repaired, and let our clients know why the concrete is sinking, and which system would be appropriate for the needed repair.

Communication with this company very difficult, they did not respond to phone messages or e-mails to set up a time for an estimate. We contracted another company with outstanding communication.

Oustanding - Devin was very professional, work was completed as expected and at a high level of quality. Expectations were set accurately, and managed clearly. I am very happy with the results, and will use them again without hesitation should the need arise!

We discovered during the September 2013 flood that our patio drained towards our foundation! Devin gave me an estimate one year ago. His price was slightly cheaper than another concrete lifting company. I waited a year to have the work done. The estimate from last year was honored. Devin and his crew were professional and quickly performed the work. I gave a B for quality because I think a better level could be used to determine the final grade of the porch. It was difficult to tell if the parts of the concrete that were raised will properly drain our patio from the levels that were used. Otherwise, the holes they drill into the concrete are small and not very noticeable.

I was very pleased with the service. I had had it mud-jacked many years ago and it just didn't last. It ended up falling down again. However, he brought it up much higher than they did and was willing to do some bad corners that I had. I am very pleased. The staff was really nice as well.

Job went very well.  The owner took his time in performing the work as not to crack the floor.  He took some extra time to check along the foundation to see if there was any obstructions that were preventing the process to work.  I am very pleased with the results.

Devin came out and spent a considerable amount of time evaluating our concrete and discussing our options.  His company uses a different product than normal mudjacking, so we had a lot of questions.  He was very informative and did not try and push us into an immediate sale.  He told us what to research online and explained the differences between foam injection and mudjacking and what we could expect.  His office was responsive to our calls and emails, was honest about scheduling time for the job and made sure we knew what to expect.
He showed up on time, reviewed the job and took time to discuss our needs.  Devin was upfront about what he was able to do, considering the cold weather, and what our options were at the time.  He completed the job quickly, cleaned up after his work and even left me with the name of someone local to work on sealing other cracks that needed attention.
The process took under two hours, only left small drilling holes that were sealed up and cured immediately, so we didn't have to wait to drive on it.  You can't even tell where the work was completed.
Although I can't comment on the long term outcome, I am very pleased with the job and plan to have them return in the Spring for additional work.

They were very responsive and very clean.  They did a great job.  I would refer others to use their services.
