Columbine was great from setting up the appointment to how quickly it was completed. He was prompt (even 5 minuets early). Very professional and wore the booties over his shoes to protect the floors. He cleaned up everything when he was finished. I will definitely use them again.

Came quickly and gave an honest assessment. We needed a repair that would have exceeded the cost of a new dishwasher, so we decided against the repair. However, the associate was incredibly honest and was very professional.

Scheduled a service call for a Saturday and there was no extra charge over standard weekday charge. Technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and showed up during scheduled window of time. He checked and cleaned filters and drain, and then pulled out dishwasher, finding a kinked hose from original installation by another contractor. Technician then ran a test cycle and it was fine. No parts were needed for the repair so we were only charged for two hours labor.

I hired Columbine to repair our upright freezer, that started making a loud vibrating noise and was not cooling very well. They quickly diagnosed it as a broken fan blade, which as a temporary measure they pulled out until they could get a replacement fan. They had to order the fan (it's a 10-year old freezer so I'm not surprised they didn't have it in stock), which took a few days, then they immediately came over and installed it. Problem solved! They did as fast a job as could be expected, and arrived within the promised time window both times. They were careful and polite and clean while they were here. I especially appreciate that they knew when the part was due to come in and they called me beforehand to schedule the installation.

The gentleman arrived punctually, and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the source of the leak, and gave us an estimate on the cost of repair. The repair was so expensive that we decided just to get a new dishwasher (our existing one was 15 years old and we didn't like it anyway). He was supportive of our decision, and was able to run a credit card for the payment of the visit (it's around $90 just to take a look). All in all a great experience, we will use this company again.

We recently purchased a home in the spring which came with a gas fireplace insert. We decided we wanted to get it inspected and cleaned before using it this fall and winter season. I filled out the contact form online on their website and was contacted promptly and got on their schedule within the next week. Two technicians came out, one was training, and they were here for about an hour. Both were courteous and professional; they used foot covers on their shoes inside the home for instance. They found that the pilot ignition was broken/missing. They gave me a price to make the repair but explained that it wasn't necessary for the fireplace to function and that we could either do it or not depending on our comfort level with lighting a pilot and that we can certainly decide late. I also had them explain to me how to operate the unit, which they did. I did ask about the possibility of adding a remote or wall switch and the technician did say that that was an option and explained pricing but was in no way pushy - and I was the one that brought it up. I also had a question about my microwave, outside of the scope of my service request, and they were able to give me some good information about doing it myself but I'll call them to do that work when the time comes.

The stove top was expensive to be replaced, but we understood that it would be and were not surprised. The technician, Jorge Aguayo, was courteous, friendly, and professional. He was very well informed about the product. He even consulted with us about our refrigerator that was not part of the original.

Keith, the technician, arrived on time, and got right to work inspecting the master fireplace to determine why the ignition kept going out - He was polite, answered all questions, and quickly made the determination that there was a faulty electrical switch - he had the part on-hand and made the fix. In addition, he performed an annual inspection of the overall system.  The artificial logs were not the correct logs - he researched the manufacturer's supply and determined they did not have these logs any more - in any case, this was a pleasant experience that resulted in a repair to our fireplace.  I will use Columbine Appliance for future service needs.

Excellent! Ethan of Columbine Appliances was sent to help us with some appliances we acquired with our 1930's  home purchase. Our house sat empty for a few months and before that it was rental property, so it was hard to know the working condition of everything. He was able to clean out a drain clogging our clothes washer and flooding the basement floor as well as repair our Bosch dishwasher. When repairing the dishwasher, he didn't see a stress fracture affecting the door spring but he was good for it. He called to let me know what had happened and then ordered the part and came back to finish the repair without an additional charge.   Columbine sends you an e-mail the day before the scheduled service  to give you the time block. Had a noisy dishwasher and there was debris in the chopper.  Fortunately not a water pump problem.  Columbine Appliance was prompt, courteous, and fixed the problem quickly.  A little water leakage during test but tech replaced seal and cleaned up the water no problem.  Tech also checked drain pump for any problems.  Price included the diagnostic fee.  Very happy and would call them again.
