Overall, very happy with work and team. Only drawback was at times I felt like I was a secondary job and not a priority. Most work was completed outside of the normal 8a-5p workday and weekends.

WE are only 12 days into the project; only two trades have been engaged (framing & plumbing). The framing has been best in-class & the plumbers have had challenging issues with some of the cement floor construction from 2006. No dollars have passed hands yet. Phase 1 should be nearing completion the end of next week with drywall install. Communication has improved and follow-up has been very good

Bryan and his team did an amazing job! We are almost done but, from start to finish, it was great customer service, professional work and very courteous trades. Most important was transparency and communication that only improved as we went along. Thanks to the team!
