We have had several issues with the service, and have had to make no less than 6 calls. In 6 months that seems excessive, and I've told them that if I have to call one more time, I am going back to Comcast. The sales people were great, but it has gone down hill since then. And they don't seem to know why the problems have occurred, which does not instill confidence.

Everything is good, we're happy. The internet works, it does not take long to get connected. The cable is just fine. We have good channels. The repair is usually pretty fast. The services doesn't go out as often. We've had it for a long time and it's been fine.
