I paid about $350 for a checkup, vaccination and heart worm pills. They're close, they're convenient.

They are excellent. When your pet has a problem, they spend a lot of time with you going over the problem and they are very helpful. The front desk people are excellent. They know your pet by name when you come in and are extremely courteous. 

The service I got from them was fine however there was a hugh price difference from the quoted price and the price on the final bill. I was told that the boarding charge was going to be around $35.95 a day. When I came to pick up my dog they informed me that that quote was a mistake and that because he was on the hospital side and that he needed to be taken outside to do his bathroom duties more that their normal amounts I would be charged $25.05 a day for the hospital side boarding plus a with a additional $35.95 for special care for a total of $61.00 a day. This was a total price shock, I would think you would get extra services staying on the hospital side in the first place. If you use this facility be sure you ask for a copy of the price quote so you do not have the shock of the bill as I did. I will not be using them in the future for boarding, you can get a excellent care at other places that don't forget to tell you about charges.

I adopted a 6 year old dog from an animal shelter and went to them for a surgery. The veterinarian was very good.

Not a great experience today. I am a client and realized my dog was due for a Bordetella vaccine after receiving a post card in the mail. I had my dog in the car so I thought I'd drop in and see if they could fit us in. I was told it would be a few minutes. After 20-25 minutes of waiting, I approached a different person at the desk and asked if I would be seen soon. She was very nice and asked if my chart had been pulled. I told her I wasn't sure so she asked the receptionist (who responded snidely) that the "Techs" were in surgery and did I want to make an appointment and come back. I asked why she did not communicate this when I walked in. She apologized for not communicating the message earlier and said they'd be with me when they could. Two minutes later, my dog was seen and given her Bordatella...a 30 second procedure. All was okay until the receptionist found it necessary to speak to me in a condescending tone and "reaffirm" that an appointment would have been preferred. I did not find it necessary to be schooled by the receptionist. I will find a new provider with a courteous receptionist.

The appointment went very well. The veterinarians there seem to really care about the pets that they look after. They are a little expensive.

My cat needed a tooth to be removed and to have some shots.  They did the work just fine, everything worked out.  Very nice people.

I use them regularly. I think they are very well qualified in their specialties. They treat their customers extremely well. They are great with the pets. They are very accommodating. I can?t comment too much on the price because I don?t go anywhere else. I would use their services again in the future.

Outstanding service overall. Our dog came home in good spirits! Great care! Will definitely use again.

He is thorough, informative and caring about our pets. The clinic is top-notch and the staff is very good.

I think they do a pretty nice job taking care of my dog. They only have inside kennels but do offer an option for playtime which is about 1/2 hour per day for your dog. They have a separate facility for big dogs. They also offer a discount if you board 2 of your dogs together. I think their prices are fairly reasonable and am pretty happy with their quality of care.

I have boarded my dog with them multiple times. They are excellent. My dog is now almost 13 years old and has hip and back leg problems. They provide her with a therapeutic cot and bed and take her on therapeutic walks as well, all at no cost. Their price isn't the cheapest you can find but their service is worth what you pay.

He did well and we got a nice report card of how he did while we were away. They were very accommodating in letting us call and check up on him and letting him have some of his own toys while he was there. It was very neat and clean and he did not suffer any problems from having been there.

VERY THOROUGH CHECKUP. COMPLETE REVIEW OF THE DOG'S MEDICAL HISTORY. THOROUGH DESCRIPTION OF VARIOUS TREATMENT OPTIONS BEFORE RECOMMENDING MOST REALISTIC OPTION. THEY CALLED US AT HOME TO FOLLOW UP ON SUCCESS OF TREATMENT.

DOG SEEMS TO DO VERY WELL WITH THIS BOARDING. WITH OTHER BOARDERS, SHE TENDED TO BE VERY INSECURE WHEN COMING HOME AFTER LENGTHY STAY. THE FOLKS WHO WORK THERE SEEM GENUINELY INTERESTED IN THE WELFARE OF THE PET, AND GIVE A FULL REPORT OF ANY ISSUES SHOULD THEY ARISE DURING THE STAY. WILL CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF ANY ISSUES ARISE.

VCA WINGATE ANIMAL HOSPITAL HAS BEEN OUR VETERINARIAN AND BOARDING FACILITY FOR 3 YEARS. WE FEEL COMFORTABLE LETTING THEN WORK WITH OUR DOG WHO IS NOW THREE YEARS OLD.

WE HAVE BEEN BOARDING OUR DOG AT THIS FACILITY, AS WELL AS RECEIVING OUR VETERINARY SERVICES FOR 3 YEARS NOW. OUR DOG HAS SOME MEDICAL ISSUES WITH HER EARS AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ATTENTIVE AND CARING WHEN WE BOARD HER THERE. THEIR HOLDING AREAS ARE CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE STAFF IS CARING AND COURTEOUS. THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO TOUR THE FACILITY WITH YOU PRIOR TO BOARDING YOUR ANIMAL.
