My car is 14 years old. They have maintained my car since the day I got it. They're expensive. I work less than 2 blocks from there. That's why I leave it there and then I walk up to work and then I walk back to get my car. I have no idea if they have a nice lounge area, but I guess they do. They tell me what they did and what might need to be done in the future. They're more expensive than anywhere else, but that's okay for me.

There labor charges are lower than the dealer ship and I save around $500. They specialize in Toyota and Lexus and they are factory trained and have factory parts. So it is the same as if you go to a dealer.

We have been taking our vehicles to Toy Car Care for the last 10+ years and have been very happy with their services.  Steve and his team are Toyota Master Certified Technicians and are extremely knowledgeable about all matters relating to Toyota and Lexus vehicles.  In addition to service and maintenance, we have brought in prospective vehicles that we are considering purchasing for Toy Car Care to evaluate.  This has been a huge help over the years!
Their pricing is extremely fair and we have never felt that there were hidden fees or any pressure to do any additional work.  
Another huge factor in my glowing review is that, as a female, I have never felt condescended to at Toy Car Care.  I cringe when I have to call the dealer or another auto service company, because I know I will get the verbal "pat on the head" from the majority (not all) of the male mechanics and service managers at those places.  Toy has NEVER done that to me.
One example is the service I mentioned in this review, my alternator had gone out and we had jumped the vehicle at home.  I called the dealer (there was something else I needed to discuss) and the service manager told me that the electrical system in the SUV could die at any moment when I was driving and I should not drive it, just have it towed to the dealership for the work.  When I called Toy and described the problem, they agreed it was probably the alternator.  I told them I was going to drive it over and rev the engine when stopped to keep the battery charged.  They said, "Sounds like a good plan."  So I did and it was fine, and I saved the time and $$$ of a tow.

Call and schedule your appointment ahead of time. My appointment was for 8:30 a.m. I arrived early, and they took me early. Service was completely timely and I was given a sheet that outlined what the 90,000 mile service would entail. I would definitely recommend.

I have a busy schedule and nobody to give me rides to mechanic and back. I called to see if they could shuttle me back to work after the drop-off, which was very nearby, but they had no such service and told me to rent a car through enterprise (through which they had a minor deal). I called and asked if it were possible that could look at my air conditioning and anti lock brake light and possibly start and finish the work the same day. They couldn't commit of course, but they said it was possible and to get my car in at 7:30 am. I was there at that time promptly, and called enterprise when I was ten minutes away so that they could get me and rent me the car. Through some confusion, Enterprise did not show up until 8:30, and only after I called. They blamed it on Toy Car care saying they were supposed to receive a call. This made me an hour late to work.
The main thing that bothered me about this mechanic is that they knew I had a tight schedule, that I was paying for a rental care, and they indicated that they might be able to get me in and out the same day (we specifically set it up for Wednesday in light of these issues). However, they didn't even try.  I had hoped I would have been called much earlier in the morning so they could start the work, but instead I had to call them around 12:30 to find out if they'd even looked at it. I finally got a call back around 1:30 to tell me there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning. Of course the minute I got the car back, the air conditioning still didn't work at all, and hasn't since. At that point they were going to start looking at the anti lock brake light, and I stupidly thought I would authorize the inspection thinking maybe it would be as simple as a sensor and they could do the work that afternoon. No such luck. They hadn't even completed the inspection at 5:30 when I got off work, and to avoid renting the car for a second day, I just told them to wrap it up and that I was just going to come get it.
Basically, I go no work done except an oil change, and was charged roughly $150, which included two useless inspections (they did cut be a break on the anti lock brake inspection I aborted). I would not go back based on their lack of respect for my time.

They are fairly priced, reliable and thorough. This company is also professional.

Called for an appointment, got in that afternoon.  It took about a half an hour and done.  Previously, I had the 30,000 mile service done.  Again very satisfied with the service.  They are knowledgeable, up front, honest and don't try to sell you something you don't need.  Very nice folks to do business with.

I have been going there for a while. I have used them probably for about 10 years now. They use genuine Toyota parts, so it is pretty much like going to the dealer but not paying dealer prices. All the mechanics there are factory-trained.

Good service. The car is running well. I had shopped around before using them and they have the price.

This was the first time I used Toy Car Care. Everything went well and I had no complaints. Everything seems to be working fine. They seemed professional and the facility was clean and easy to find. I was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion and they completed the work timely.

We use them on all of the Toyota's that we own. They are fabulous! They always have coupons out. They are specifically for Toyota's and Lexus'. They are honest. They take the time to explain what could be done if we wanted to do it, or give us the option. They have kept all of our Toyota's since 2002 in great shape. They have done a good job of checking out cars that we were considering purchasing. They have never steered us wrong. They are always honest.

They are honest. They will tell you what you need, not what they want to do. They are efficient and on time. They have done a wonderful job each time we have bought a used car.

Weary of an Araphoe dealer's service, we gave Toy Car Care a try and find no reason not to be repeat customers. Near home, no waiting, neat waiting room and informed people ready to serve.

They asked me questions about why I thought it needed replaced before agreeing to perform the work. They suggested they inspect it first then, if it needed replacing, they would replace the pump. After inspection, it was clear the pump needed to be replaced and they recommended flushing the power steering system to make sure that there were no metal fragments (an additional charge). I agreed that this would be a good thing to do so I didn't mind the recommendation, only the price. Lastly, it was suggested that I needed front brake work - an additional $325. I chose not to have this done.

I'm not sure about the price, but I can tell you that they are always between one third and one half cheaper that the dealership. They are always ready to work on the car and have it ready when they say they will. They are up front and explain things to you without resenting it.

We've used them for 4 years and have always been very happy. They are efficient, pleasant, and they get the job done right. They won't try and sell you something that isn't needed.
