The Dog House

Initially the owner was fine, as we had to gather a lot of stuff when we picked up our dogs after boarding. However, as the conversation went on, the owner became rude saying that and quot;we are real busy here and cannot keep track of all of this.and quot; And, and quot;When you bring your things here they are your responsibility against loss, it's in the contract.and quot; They had given us a free night's boarding, as they had previously lost a leash of ours (keep track of just a leash?), so we thought out of good will they were wanting our business. Maybe the owner was having a bad day, but after this altercation and very unprofessional behavior, we will never take out dogs there again

They took great care of my furry friend for there days; she came home happy and tired from being able to play all day.

I made a reservation by phone from out of state and found staff to be very helpful.  I was able to send all required forms and vaccination records via email.  Check in was a breeze.  My dog was well cared for and enjoyed playing with staff and other dogs.  He was completely worn out when I picked him up and he spent most of the day napping after I brought him home.  This was perfect for transitioning him to apartment living. I would highly recommend this provider and would not hesitate to board my dog here again.

I have been taking my male Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix to The Dog House for doggie daycare for over a year now.  He loves going there and interacting with other dogs both big and small.  All of the staff are super friendly and very attentive with the dogs.  They have several webcams around the facility and outdoor play area so dog owners can check on their 4-legged kiddos throughout the day and watch them play with the other dogs/staff.  The Dog House rates are reasonably priced.  I have referred friends and highly recommend The Dog House to anyone looking for doggy daycare and/or boarding.

The Dog House responded timely to my e-mail.  Although it's quite busy, their crew was very professional and took the time to provide an in-depth tour of their site and answered all of my questions.  The place is a bit run down, but the site is clean and well maintained.  My dog was boarded for 6 days and seemed to enjoy it.   The webcam allowed us to keep tabs on our beloved pet while we were apart.  I recommend The Dog House.

I brought food for my dogs since they are very fussy eaters. The care givers had no problem with giving the dogs the food I'd provided.

They are awesome, and we like everything about their services. Our dog absolutely loves it. They don’t have them in cages at the end of the night; they are in pens and each one gets their own little place with some pillows and blankets. It's not a place where they will put them into a kennel or crate, our dog isn’t big on crates. The dogs get to play with each other all day. They have a bunch of video cameras setup. We can go online, look around and watch our dog. The staff is wonderful.

They do not put the dogs in the cage all the time. They get to roam freely. My dogs are part of my family. I can watch them on camera. They get to play outside all day long, relax; etc. They have a swimming pool and they have pens for sleeping at night. Their hours are wonderful. There is Sunday pickup available. The prices are not too bad. I have three dogs. They charge $25 for boarding the first dog and then, I get a discounted price of $20 each on the other two. They have daycare and grooming facilities, too. I will use them again.

Excellent. My Louie known the route going to the dog house and is EXCITED knowing he is going there. All day play, no crates. Excellent care, especially you can watch what is going on with webcams. I have used several doggie daycares in the Littleton/Highlands Ranch area. This one does not crate - all day play - they have constant supervision whether indoors or outdoors. My dog is exhausted when he comes home. They are open on weekends, and along the lightrail, so we can drop him off, go downtown, have a good time while he is having a good time as well. They are great! Highly recommend!

Our dog Aries, when near the Dog House, he plays and has fun all day. The staff is wonderful, excellent, perfect and caring.

The people that work at The Dog House are extremely friendly and nice. There is draw back as far as square footage. The facility doesn’t have enough room to separate all of the dogs, and during one visit my pet was bitten on the ear by a larger breed.

Overall, I think their service is good.
