From professionalism to communications, scheduling to job completion, Dan and Kippen did everything they promised to do. At a very reasonable price, I might add. A great group to work with.

It went unbelievable!!! They came out for an inspection and estimate for one tile that we could see from below. Turns out there were three broken tile and 5 broken corners. As it turns out, the repairman had matching tile in the back of his truck! So he repaired everything on the spot! And the tile matched perfectly! These folks will get another call if I ever need additional repairs.

The project went very well, Steve and Chris are superb craftsmen and everything turned out really well. Steve and Chris are very trustworthy men to have in your home and very pleasant to have around during the project. The price for the project was very competetive.

With minor roof repairs and without personally inspecting by getting on the roor, it is hard for the consumer to know if the repairs were done well since I had no visible signs of problems inside the house and still do not. 

It was okay. The job was done quite quickly. I would tell others to shop around a little more and not to give in to the high pressure sales pitch.

Very professional, easy to deal with, responded quickly to any issues and questions.

The have excellent service and communication. They worked with me on pricing and custom rental fittings. He wrote off additional costs and just absorbed it. He had to do additional cutting on cabinets that were from different places and needed some pieces off. He did some re-ducting to install a microwave. He custom made the ducting for it and didn't charge for the additional work.

If not for some weather delays, they did exactly as they had promised. Extra work that was anticpated, was confirmed after removal of shingles, they proceeded as planned and agreed to. This really was a painless experience. I can't say enough about the entire process and the way Team Construction assisted us and their performance from start to finish.

They have been absolutely fantastic. I have spoken to both the partners of the company. I have been talking to Kippen Lasswell regarding the work and she has been great. The work was because of hail damage and she has done all the work related to my insurance. She has contacted them and gone through the entire paper work. She has taken care of the inspectors and made sure that we are up to the requirements of the city. She made sure that we had a building permit taken care of. Team Construction has been doing a really good job. The work done by them is loud, but they have been very clean about it. They put tarps down to make sure that things are protected. One of the partners comes out to monitor the work. They first gave me the estimate. There was an adjuster who came out from my insurance company to look at the estimate. They then compared the estimate. They were able to lift some additional repairs that the adjuster didn't initially get when the inspector came to review everything. Then the adjuster came out and confirmed that the additional repairs had to be done. He discussed it with my insurance company and the insurance company covered it. The only thing that I have to pay is the deductibles from my insurance company. They also got a contractor for the gutter work , as we had to replace the gutters. That was really good, as they installed 200 linear feet of gutters and 5 downspouts. It was $1250 for high quality galvanized steel for 5 inch gutters which is really good. They did a great job overall and I would use their services in the future too.

They were fairly new and really good, and we were happy with them. The guy we worked with was very honest and told us that the insurance company may or may pay for the repairs. He told that he would try and he knew a few people and talked to them and the insurance company approved it. He was very nice about it and I liked everything about them. He was a really class guy and cleaned up well. He also did not pressure us for any money and told us what he was doing and even helped us with the color.
