Jake was on time and called before arriving. He was very pleasant, cooperated with all of our requests and answered every question we had. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself. We could, literally, hear stuff as it was being whipped and/or sucked out of the vents and ducts. We're very happy with Jake's work and professionalism. After interviewing several companies, we are confident we chose the right one.
