I come from a solid Real Estate foundation. My family has been in the Real Estate and construction business for two generations. I am a past licensed Builder and have consulted on and or developed new home projects from dirt start to final sales. I have experience in every aspect of the business from vacant land, REO ("Equator System Certified Platinum"), Short Sale and Forclosure marketing and sales, to high end custom homes and everything in between. No property is to small or to large. In an ever changing market environment experience is key. The bottom line is I love selling and interacting with people. I work hard for my clients and strive to make every transaction smooth and enjoyable.
