Paul was dripping some kind of PREFINISH on our carpet and hardwood floors.Once I asked him if he had anything such as drop cloths to protect our floors he then became irritated. So irritated that with each question afterwards he shockingly equaled or surpassed being rude. We asked him if there was any chemical in the spray container that was dripping on our carpet and hardwood floors that may be harmful. Paul responded by saying, " well if you take a bath you use chemicals." After more disrespectful remarks by the owner Paul. I told him that this doesn't seem to be working out for us. We are not getting along at all. Finally, we asked Paul if the Pre conditioner he sprayed on our upholstery would be harmful at this point without being extracted. His response , was a "curt" not necessarily. He then packed up and left.

I called approximately one week in advance to schedule carpet cleaning within an approximate four hour window. On the day the carpets were to be cleaned, no one showed up. We had to call the company directly. The service person we got on the phone had no record the service had been scheduled. Someone finally showed up several hours later, much too late to have all of the carpets we needed to have cleaned. I would not use this service again.

We use them often. They are reliable, they do a good job, they tell you about ways to keep the carpet better, and they clearly know what they are doing.

I would give them an A Plus on the overall Grade. I would definitely use them again.

Very professional and courteous. The only downside is that it took 2 days for my carpets to completely dry which was very inconvenient for my family. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend their company to my friends.
