Just moved into a new house and the carpets were already in good condition. Did not think they could get any better, I was wrong as Willie from Steam Pro made them look brand new. Scheduling the appointment was super easy. Steam Pro showed up right on time and went to work quick. Willie talked me through everything he was doing and provided information about the products he was using. Even offered to repair a part of the carpet that was coming up. These guys did an excellent job on my carpet and I will be using them again.

I contracted with Steam Pro to clean carpet and air vents.  We encountered a problem that turned out to be a preexisting condition that Steam Pro did not cause.  Steam Pro came back numerous times trying to fix the problem.  The owner responded immediately to my calls and came to my home himself several times.  This company bent over backwards to fix a problem that they did not even cause.  I would highly recommend Steam Pro.  Their price and service  are incomparable!

The young lady I spoke with to schedule my cleaning was pleasant and accommodating. Ruben arrived about 15 minutes early for our appointment. He talked with me about the areas I needed cleaned and the spots that would need extra attention. I had a competitor coupon to match and he worked with me to get an even better price. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The work was completed quickly and looks great. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I will definitely use Steam Pro again.

The two men arrived before the stated time, were polite and very helpful. They quickly assessed the carpets in our new house and had great recommendations for what was needed. Once assessed, they were thorough, worked hard and got the job done quickly. I would use them again and highly recommend them! :-)

David was very prompt and professional. He explained the nature of the process and indicated what stains might, and did, take extra work. We are very pleased with the results.

He took his time, was efficient and had a great attitude. He spent over an hour working on cleaning the vents and then dedicated the same focus on the carpets.  The price was a tad bit higher than we were thinking, but the service made it worthwhile.  I'm writing this review a week after the carpets were done and they still look great.

Scheduling the appointment was great; the phone operator went over all of the rooms to be cleaned and gave me an estimate just under $400.  She was also able to schedule me within a few days.  On the morning of our carpet cleaning, I went through the same number of rooms in person with the cleaner, and he then told me it would be just over $500.  I told him I expected a small difference from the phone estimate due to possible minor differences in measurement, but didn't expect it to be over $100 (over 30% higher than quoted).  He was rude and condescending to me, insisting that the phone operators can't compare to him seeing in person what work needs done.  I agreed to the new price, because I really needed my carpets cleaned that day before leaving for a two-week vacation.  I should also note that only one person showed up to clean my carpets.  Although the company claims to move most furniture, you can be sure that one person cannot move a large couch.  When we did the walkthrough, he brusquely pointed out every single piece of furniture that he WOULDN'T be moving; nearly everything in the house I hadn't already moved myself.
SteamPro offers two different methods for cleaning carpets - regular steam cleaning and a rotary style cleaner.  The rotary style costs more, but is supposed to clean heavily-stained carpets better while leaving the carpets much drier.  I had heavy stains in my family room, and requested specifically to have the rotary cleaner in that room.  I agreed to the higher price for that.  I also had stains on my rec room carpet, and said I would pay the additional cost to use the rotary cleaner in that room as well, if the carpet "professional" thought it would do a better job on the stains.  He said he didn't need to use the rotary cleaner, as the rec room carpet stains were not as bad as the family room stains, and that the regular pre-treatment and steam clean process would take care of them.  I inspected the work when he was done, and the carpets looked clean, especially the family room where the rotary cleaner was used.  Unfortunately, the rotary process did not leave the carpet drier.  All of the carpets in my home were completely soaked, and were still wet when I left on vacation a day later.  When I returned from vacation two weeks later (no one was in my home while I was away), I was stunned to see that EVERY stain that had been in my carpets before the cleaning was back.  The only exception was the family room where the rotary cleaner had been used.  Let me be clear, the other stains were not that bad.  Any time I have had similar steam cleaning done, these types of stains had been readily and easily removed.  SteamPro's work was definitely sub-par.  Although I feel the rotary cleaner process did a great job on my family room carpet, it was definitely not a "drier" process, as that was the wettest room in the house when the cleaning was done.  The rest of my carpets look as if they've never been cleaned.   I will not use SteamPro again, and have told several friends who asked that I do not recommend them.

We've had Steam Pro clean our carpets regularly for a few years. Most recently we moved out of our house and had them clean the vacant house. It made a huge difference to the look of the carpets to have them freshly cleaned.
The first time we worked with them they failed to clean under a couch (which we had understood they would do). We called and they came back immediately and took care of the issue.
They can't work miracles - we have some stains in the carpets that they told us upfront they wouldn't be able to get. Overall the carpets and stairs look great after a cleaning. We'll use them in our new house too.

Calling in for scheduling was terrific. Staff person I spoke to on the phone led me through counting vents so charges beyond basic package would not be a surprise.

When I called to schedule my appointment they were very courteous and professional answering all my questions and were able to get me scheduled quickly and at a time convenient for me. the technicians called before they came, showed up on time, and were very friendly, professional and helpful. They came the day after a large snowstorm, but did a great job wiping up and not tracking all of the snow and mud through my wood floors. My carpets were extremely dirty, with many stains and pet hair, but they did an excellent job! They out many stains and made the light berber look almost new again. They were very reasonably flexible and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again.

The technician arrived within the timeframe I was given.  He was polite, explained the process, answered my questions and even showed me all the debris that was removed from my ducts.  I have never had my airducts cleaned before so I was not sure what to expect.  The technician was too big to fit into the crawl space where my furnace is located, so he called the company and they made arrangements for another tech to come out the following week to clean the furnace.  The second technician arrived within the allotted time frame and was also professional and pleasant.  He also put a new furnace filter in after he had cleaned the furnace.  I will use this company again for duct/furnace cleaning.

The worker was very friendly, explained everything, went over the areas twice that were extra soiled. I have light color carpet with a black cat and dog (witch was a puppy last year), all stains came out and looked wonderful. When I would rent a carpet cleaner from the store I could get all the stains out but they would come back in 2 weeks. After using steam pro the stains didn't come (of course we ripped the carpet out 6 weeks latter for hardwood on the main floor where stains were) but they didn't come back. One warning, i used their stain guard on the main floor, about a month latter my dog got sick. I used the same cleaner that I used prior and the carpet turned bright blue/green. I didn't call them since we were planning on ripping out the carpet, the blue/green stain did eventually fade maybe in a week or 2.

returned call within minutes.  Set up date I needed.  Came and offered two kinds of pet stain removal and protection.  I chose one and can't get over how beautiful the carpet is again.

They were able to come out the next day. My carpets are very light in color and about 2 years old. With a dog and a husband that doesn't like to take off his shoes, the carpets had several dark dirty discussing areas. In the past I have rented the Home Depot carpet cleaner. Each time I was able to get all the stains out, only to have them return within 2 weeks. Since I’m currently pregnant and the smell of “dirty” was just to over whelming I  decided this time to have them professionally cleaned. I have never used a professional carpet cleaner before and was afraid it would be a waste of money. It's been about 4-6 weeks since having Steam Pro clean our carpets and they still look brand new! i would defiantly pay the price every year it's worth it.  My carpets no longer smell like dog!
