We've used Southglenn HVAC for years, both for our home and our rentals. They service our furnaces and have replaced most all of them. The guys are through and have always done a great job for us. We'd recommend them to anyone.

We were pretty happy with the service. Though I will caution that the installers did not do exactly what we had agreed to with the person that quoted the work. They placed the unit on a different location on the roof (per the installers, it was better there because the tree shade would help it be more efficient) and the water line was run right down the back of the house initially despite our request to have it run along the downspout. It looked bad but they moved the water line upon request and it is now very discrete. The vent work could have been cleaner - we had to clean up the drywall mess two evenings in a row, and there are still small pencil marks on the ceiling where that could have been avoided or cleaned up, but not a deal killer. Five months in the motor started to fail and they came out immediately and replaced the motor, covered under warranty. Overall, they were friendly and agreeable to our requests. We would use them again.

He was only down there for a little bit. I don't think he knew what he was doing. I went to their office, and wanted to see if someone else would come out and work on the boiler. They didn't give me any response. I would have liked them to send someone else out to check it, but they didn't.

THEY DID A FINE JOB WITH REPLACING THE FURNACE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. NOTHING WAS SPECTACULAR BUT EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO MY EXPECTATIONS AND WISHES.
