SIGN-A-RAMA FAILED ON ALMOST ALL ASPECTS OF THIS JOB. THE DISC SUPPLIED FOR ARTWORK WAS HELD FOR FIVE DAYS AND NOT LOOKED AT UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE THE JOB WAS DUE. THE JOB WAS DELIVERED TWO DAYS LATE AND DID NOT MEET THE STANDARDS AGREED UPON. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE AND UNWILLING TO FIND POSSIBLE OPTIONS OR SOLUTIONS.
