This is an ongoing project so who knows how it will all wind up. Suffice it to say, we hope that other members of our community will benefit from the lessons learned at our house.

This company is tricky.  They are very dishonest.  I would not recommend them to anyone under any circumstance.  The insurance company denied the request for a flat roof, so they recommended that I pay out of my own expense.  They left things off of the insurance claim.  They wrote a contract that included things that did not show up on the customer copy.  They would only do the work when I was gone.  They roofed the roof with insulation material and did not use wood.  They said they would come out and look at it but they never did.  The insurance company covered the roof but said another contractor performed the work.  Rooftop and the insurance company submitted falsified records and submitted another appraisal.  I am trying to arrange an attorney to go to arbitration.
