Dan is very personable and pleasant at the time of assessing the work, describing the process and made a very fair bid. Once underway he was never seen again. When a few issues came up and I called he would never return my calls. It was as if he did not exist. The workers had to come out several times more than expected to repair areas not done correctly. They were always an add on then and in the evening. Eventually we let it be called finished and I did some of the grout work that did not hold more than one shower. We had had them out twice already to repair the areas the grout fell out of on one shower each time. No return calls from Dan. After an initial impression of a sincere individual, it is clear he is very unprofessional in his ongoing interaction.I can say the result looks good but just did not go well.

This is the second time we have used Rocky Mountain Marble Restoration. The service begins with a friendly scheduler, Jeanette. She is informative and just nice. We have had two different employees come work at our house. Both were on time or early. Both were long-time employees of the company and spoke highly of management. Both did excellent work and did not leave until the work was done correctly and approved by us.
