Sure, I could have continued attempts contact Zach, or called Kent again, but by this point, Rocky Mtn Insulation Corp. had lost my business, and I had moved on to other companies. We ended up going with a company that provided prompt and courteous service, and did an excellent job.
"Thank you Member, It was a pleasure working with you. Kent Thornbery Rocky Mountain Insulation Corp"
Poor business practices ~ If a crew showed up for work at a house and no one answered the door, wouldn't they have thought to call me or the scheduler? We will not be using this company.
I joined Angie's List and have scheduled a highly rated company for an estimate later this week.
"I would like to apologize to for our lacking or miscommunication between Rocky Mountain Insulation and the member. We had the job scheduled for Friday the 23rd. Due to poor weather conditions on Thursday we were playing catch up, trying to get all of our customers taken care of before Christmas. The crew that went to the member's home was in the area from a job they finished earlier that morning. They called me and asked if it was o.k. if they went to the job earlier as they were already close. I gave them the approval to take care of the member's job at that time. It was not until I received a message several days later that I learned the job was not completed. Myself, like many others were on vacation that week. We have used this less than perfect experience to learn from. Kent Thornbery Rocky Mountain Insulation 303.789.0006"
