I requested that they send someone out to help me figure out how to get the job done in the least expensive manner. This person was wonderful. He told me everything that I had to do to get it ready for the wiring and even came out and bent the piece that fit into the panel for no charge. When everything was ready for the actual wiring they sent some other guy out and he was as slow as anyone that I've seen. He managed to take 4 hours to do the job. I know for a fact that he had no trouble shoving the wire through the buried pipe as I was there watching. I came later in the afternoon and played around for about 2 hours and then said that he would have to come in the morning to finish. I can honestly say that without any experience I could have done what he did in an hour and a half. So much for inexpensive.

RIVIERA IS EASY TO SCHEDULE WITH A PHONE CALL AND ARE EXTREMELY PUNCTUAL IN THEIR ARRIVAL TIMES. THE TECHNICIANS SEEM TO BE WELL EDUCATED AND TRAINED IN THE GENERAL ELECTRICAL FIELD.
