The quality of the workmanship is very poor. The roof shingles were defective and had to be replaced at my cost. There was a class action lawsuit about the siding, which is warping on hundreds of their houses in this neighborhood. Walls are not even. when we put in a granite countertop the wall was 'wavy' and it now looks ridiculous. Just overall a poorly built house. I spoke with the main office and they advised me that all the problems were subcontractor issues. Not their responsibility.
Description of Work: I own 3 houses built by Richmond Homes.
