Hunter is a true professional and is very kind, thoughtful and was sensitive to our requirements for a new house. He continually sent us updates on houses that matched our criteria. It did not take long at all until we have a comprehensive list of homes that fit all our needs and then we went on our tour. He did not try to force any decision on us and gave us the time needed to weigh our options on each home as we viewed. He was also very perceptive when we didn't like something and he intuitively cut that particular tour short.
In the end we had two homes that were perfect for us. One was turning out to be out of our reach when multiple people put in offers so with his help we immediately switched gears and turned our attention to the other home.We had an offer in right away (within hours) and the negotiation process went smoothly and was very timely. 
We are near closing now on this home and Hunter has been there the whole way helping us with everything. He accompanied us on the inspection and with his experience we put together a thoughtful and fair proposal for items we would like to see fixed before moving in. He also helped with recommending service providers for work and took the time to explain what was major and what was not.
In summary, we could not have done all of this without Hunter. He even came to our home to collect the earnest money check and deposited it for us. ALL paperwork was extremely timely. He called us when he said he would and visited us when we needed him. 
I have dealt with other realtors in the past and I could not help but feeling we were just one of many and helping us was part of their job and the personal touch was lacking. They got the job done, true but buying a home is stressful and it helps immensely when you have someone working for you that cares about you, the person and is willing to do everything to help make the process that much easier.
