I provide all services needed to complete the project including subcontractors and all materials. NOTE: We are certified for radon mitigation and radon measurement. Most jobs are paid on completion and the larger ones are paid as I go. I am with the Better Business Bureau and have a 5 star rating. I also have reviews on Yelp.com For more references. I've been in the construction trade my whole life and like to provide a product that I am comfortable with as if it's my own. These guys rock!! They showed up on time, discussed with me potential locations, then once we decided on the perfect spot, they got right to work! My husband and I preferred that our system be as discreet as possible. Cliff helped us find the perfect location in a small unfinished closet in the basement, then ran the pipe up into the attached garage, with the fan placed in the garage attic, and the pipe venting out from the roof. So only evidence of the system from the exterior is a short pipe sticking up from the back of the roof. Very discreet just like we wanted! Cliff provided a free radon test kit so we can see how well the system is functioning. We haven't conducted the test yet, but just looking at the system, it looks well constructed with good materials, so we're betting the test will come back with good results! These guys work very quickly and efficiently and seem to really know their stuff! The whole process from arrival to final tour of system constructed took approximately 3 hrs. These guys are very committed and do great work. I would certainly recommend them! On a side note, Cliff is an interesting guy to talk with!
Description of Work: Installation of radon mitigation system inside of home with 120W fan. Our radon levels for a 3 day test period (prior to installation) varied from 3 pCi/L to 15.6 pCi/L, with an average of 9.6 pCi/L.

Description of Work: They were excellent! We needed a radon system in our home before we put it on the market. They were on time for their appointment; the pricing was as quoted; and they guarantee their work. There were no hidden fees. I highly recommend them.
