Excellent work by knowledgeable technicians. Service was fast and I didn't need to pay until job was complete and I was satisfied. Below is a before and after photo.

Replaced old garage door opener that had bad electronic board. Cody answered all my questions. It took about an hour to install new opener. Overall very satisfied.

Never heard back. NO WORK DONE. Took my money.

Jason was the garage door professional from Pro lift that came out for the original assessment and quote. He was on time, and quickly assessed the situation. After I determined I was going to replace my door with a new insulated door, he promptly was able to secure the door I wanted and had it at my house for installation early the next morning. It was a 16X7 steel backed, insulated door with all new parts and weather stripping. Jason was a one man show installing it and adeptly got the old door out and new one installed on a Friday with no help. His price was more economical than all other area competitors by over $100 and in some cases over $600 for the same services. I highly recommend using Jason from Pro lift if you are looking for professional garage door installation. Thanks Jason

Mike Anderson came by to look at the situation and give me an estimate. Their bid was a bit lower than another I'd had, and for a better product, and with the good reviews on Angie's List, I decided to go with them. Jeremy was the technician who came out to do the job, and it was made harder due to a dumpster and pile of siding in my driveway from other work I was having done - meaning he could not back his truck up to the door to unload the new door panels, and load the old ones, but had to heft them up and down. He got the job done in an efficient and professional manner in spite of that, and I am very happy with my new door. So nice to have windows in my otherwise dark garage!

After reading some reviews on Angies List, I decided to buy the $80. Tune Up coupon. That was Sunday. Monday I called and reached ProLift and made an appointment for Thursday. Wednesday, my handyman who was working on the house, came to me and said I know whats wrong with your garage door. (Excuse me? Did ask you to look at it?) He shows me that the Genie Silent Master cable has come disconnected where it is held together by a long plastic clip. Thursday, Jeremy from ProLift arrives. He looks at it, says that ProLift doesn't work on Genie's and advises me to buy a new Chamberlain Garage door opener. But my Genie is maybe 1.5 years old, and I can't be buying Garage door Openers all the time. Jeremy says he may be able to fix it, but somewhere while threading the belt back through the opener, he decides to tell me that he can't fix it because putting it back into position, he'll have to hold the belt too tauntly to put the clip on. He decides to spend 5 min spraying something on my rollers and track instead. Calls it a day and gives me a receipt saying "paid". Didn't even get a receipt showing the $80. so can't pass the bill onto my tenants. I'm confused, because no one asked what kind of opener it was, and I am sure that if I had known ProLift doesn't work on Genies, I wouldn't have bought their coupon! I eventually called Ankmar, who will come tomorrow and they assure me they can fix the belt in their service call of $87. May cost another $20 to $40. if they have to supply parts, but they carry parts on their truck. Jeremy was nice enough although he really gave me the impression that he didn't want to fix this belt. He really wanted to sell me a new Opener. He also said that there might be a problem with another part because of the short electrical pulse which was fixed when he disconnected and reconnected to the electric cord. However, the former tenants had told me that the garage door was "wonderful" and had been working fine up until the time it suddenly stopped (when they were moving out was when the belt broke). This is a problem, because it will now cost me $167.00 up to $207.00 to fix something that I could have had fixed for $87.00 to $127.00. not to mention my handyman's time in diagnosis! Basically I am paying 2 service fee charges. I feel like I've been held up. And the thing is I came home and looked at ProLifts website, and NOWHERE does it say that they DON'T repair Genie Garage Door Openers! Buyer Beware! If you have a Genie Garage Door Opener, Don't call ProLift!!

Perfect, the guy came out and told me I didn't need what I purchased- so refunded me, the cables just needed adjusting and greasing, it only cost 35$, he also installed a new face on the garage door opener panel for free.

The replacement was done and completed right then. Everything is working perfectly now.

The updated gear was chewed up. The same tech who did the original work replaced it with a new gear. No charge. A couple months later the same thing happened again. A different tech came out and replaced the gear again and found that it was dry. Apparently the other tech had missed lubricating the gear. No charge. We're about 4 months out and the door is working. I plan to use Pro Lift for regular maintenance.
