Install was done quickly and professionally. Marie was quick to show us only the carpet options that would meet our immediate needs for a quality carpet. My client and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we got from Pro! Flooring Brokers and Marie was very efficient and a pleasure to work with.

The crew real went above and beyond to get our job done quickly and with high quality workmanship.  They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the product.  We would use this company again.

Absolutely horrible experience. Unprofessional workers, terrible flooring product & he doesn?t stand-by his work. Nothing about my
job went well and Pro Flooring wasn?t helpful at all. They didn?t start on-time, job ran too many days, workers left early and my floor is embarrassing. I repeatedly called & emailed Charlie, thinking he would resolve the issue. His response was similar to ?I did a good job; anything else is your fault.? I cringe whenever I see his store ? horrible experience.

The installation went fine, but they were supposed to touch up the base boards with paint and never did it. I scheduled for them to do it and they cancelled and never would reschedule a time to finish the job. The guy that came to touch stuff up and put the closet doors back up was rude and basically didn't believe me when i told him they removed the closet doors. Horrible follow through and I would never use them again or refer them. I still from this day haven't heard back from them to reschedule the touch ups. Kind of out of site out of mind since they have my money.

Great. We were having several things done on a rental house and they worked with us on timing to get the job done on time.

Great customer service & good selection of carpet from quality mills.  Enjoyed working with Marie. 

There was a little problem with the flooring in terms of measuring out the square footage and ordering the proper amount of flooring, but I think it was poor handwriting and reading it wrong. Overall, we were pleased with their work. My partner, who is meticulous, did most of the comparisons and decided that this was a good company to go with. The bamboo used by the manufacturer was older. Like in hardwood, the more the rings, the sturdier the bamboo is. The bamboo they used had a darker stain. It was a fairly new offering, but it was something we always wanted. The flooring installation company gave us a demo to show its durability. The sturdiness of bamboo depends on its age, how it is cut, and the number of plies. We have had it for a while. We have a few scratches but they look like they are more on the surface and not all the way through. We have a dog and her nails are not always cut. Although she runs, stretches, and slides with her nails on the floor when I play with her, we haven't had any major problems with that. The product is good. The owners of Pro Flooring were very responsive when we talked to them. However, they hired a new woman, I don't know what her title was, but she was not as responsive. There was a delay in the project because of a mix-up in the orders and there was a lack of response in terms of returning calls. It was quite frustrating. The guys that came out were definitely punctual. They were there when they scheduled for the day. There was one delay in the project, but it was nobody's fault. One of the primary installers came down with the flu and we didn't want him in the house. All of them were professional except for the one employee.

They were prompt, thorough and always arrived on time. They cleaned up well and did a very nice job.
