It went well and he did a good job. I had him do some other things and he did a good job on that as well. He stuck with the $99 deal, so because he had to cut into the wall or something it was my option to pay a little bit more and I stuck with just the $99. He did a good job. It's still on the wall and it hasn't fallen down in a couple years. I also thought the pricing was good. I didn't have to wait a long time for him to get out there. Sometimes you worry it's going to take a month because there's a lot of people in line waiting, but he got there pretty soon after I called him.

We started out wanting to upgrade our televisions to better accommodate blue-ray and to take advantage of apple tv. We ended up revamping the entire system, but we could not be happier. We have so many more options than we did before, especially from an audio standpoint. Everything has been running very smoothly. We did upgrade a few things along the way which made our "install" last a little longer than we had anticipated, but Rob and team were incredibly responsive and never wasted any time.

The installers were pleasant and professional, and I was enormously pleased with the end result. I probably would not have bought in to the deal, though, if I had realized I'd end up paying so much in addition. I do plan to have Prime Audio & Video install some speakers for me, though. I was very impressed with their work.

Robert from Prime Audio and Video did a phenomenal job installing my home theatre! Rob hung my 42 inch flat screen TV with a swing arm that pulls away from the wall that allows me to see my TV from every angle! He also installed a surround sound system that will blow your socks off. Most important was Rob's professionalism and attention to detail. My theatre looks amazing and is the envy of all of my friends. I recommend Rob from Prime Audio and Video to all of my friends and family!

Overall, what a remarkable experience from an exceptional company! Robert worked with us on our very tricky schedule and came out to our home when it was most convenient for us. There were no delivery windows of 4 hours or more to deal with--he gave us a time, and arrived promptly and on time. The workmanship of the speaker installations to our newly painted walls was perfect and he left our place clean--just the way he found it! His prices are very fair and reasonable, and I appreciated that he helped us explore all our audio and visual options that were within our price range. Robert came out the day before Christmas and installed a new Samsung 42" flat screen mounted on my wall to surprise my wife before christmas!
