I have very outdated copper and lead piping in the building and it is extremely fragile. I was worried about additional damage resulting from repairs as this has happened to other tenants. Cesar with Premier Building Services noted that the pipes were old and brittle and he would need to be delicate. He repaired/replaced everything without issue and was very quickly. He was punctual and did everything at a very fair price. I have continued to use Cesar and Premier Building Services for all plumbing and maintenance issues that come up as well as refer him to friends and neighbors.

Although there were unexpected challenges that arose, like some of the walls were plaster instead of dry wall, they perservered & finished in a timely manner. I was amazed by their professionalism & respect they demonstrated towards our home & belongings. At the end of each work day they left the work area neat & clean causing as little disruption as possible to our daily routines. Cesar was readily available via text to answer any questions or concerns.

After it was determined that there was no issue with the main line drain, the clog was found in the drain line from the mail floor shower and was cleared promptly. The service quick, honest and affordable.
