It was fabulous, they did a really good job. They were on time and gave excellent service. The price was reasonable. I would use them again.

What a great plumber!  Of course, all plumbing problems are severe ... we're all a little too spoiled to go w/o working showers or sinks for too long! :)  Hubby and i bought a house that had problems with all of the above, our realtor recommended Preferred Plumbing, and Dan (the president) was here same day and fixed everything.  He pointed out (and fixed) all of the shoddy work that the previous owner's plumbers had performed.  He really knows his stuff, and was very conscientious about taking off his boots at the door and getting towels to mop up splatters.  I hope we don't need him again, but if we do, this is the only plumber we'll call.

Dan Whitesill is the plumber. A friend had recommended him. He was on time and arrived at the scheduled time. He was neat and tidy with what he did. He was easy to understand and didn't talk over my head when he was explaining what was going on. He cares about what is best for the homeowner and not just to make money. We've used him around 3 times in the past and he has made suggestions. My only thing is that I called him on Monday and he hasn?t called back yet so the scheduling can be a problem, but we like him. We don?t know if he is expensive or not.
