Pine Mountain Electric

Pine Mountain Electric was referred to me by my Realtor.  The Estimate was very reasonable and the Scope of work to be done was exact and specific; it also included the cost for the Building Permit. The home I just bought was built in 1954 and still had the original panel installed by Mountain Bell/120 Amps...definitely not enough power for my needs. The initial service date was scheduled for 7/15; however, Kevin Lenhart, the Owner & Electrician had some unforeseen events happen which delayed the service date by one week;   He was very professional & apologetic concerning the situation and gave me the option to reschedule or cancel if it was not feasible for my time-frame.  I definitely wanted him to do the work and rescheduled for  7/22/13.  Kevin and his helper arrived on time, promptly started, and finished the job in 3-4 hours.  The Estimate was for a GE/150Amp All-In-One W/Lever By-bass, but Kevin installed a Square D/200Amp since he did not have the GE part at his warehouse.  He bought it at the local Home Depot with no additional cost to me.  He provided me with the Permit and I was able to schedule an appointment the next day (7/22/13) with the City of Aurora Building Inspection Department.  The Inspector's comment was "very well done" with placement of the Pass Sticker on the panel and signed off on the Permit.   I highly recommend Pine Mountain Electric, especially if on a tight budget as I am.  Kevin was very professional, efficient, timely and courteous. His "down-to-earth" personality and friendly demeanor  made it very easy to understand the scope of work he did. I am a Very Happy Customer of Pine Mountain Electric!

The first time he came out, I had told Kevin from Pinehurst, I had all the new outlets. The screws did not fit and I had no luck at Home Depot, fortunately Kevin had them and could complete the job. The second time he came out to take care of my home inspection items, he figured I had the cover plates(which I had inadvertantly tossed and he ran down to Home depot and did not charge extra for the trip. He also got my electrical box to code, all within an hour.
