Park Range Construction, Inc.

Our involvement with Park Range was a nearly 10 week process from the initial call to completion of the work. Pros: One of the few companies I could find after THOROUGH research that did both major landscaping (changed slope of driveway and grade around house) and foundation work ( excavated to 6-8 and waterproofed exterior). Employees who worked hard and listened to what we wanted Cons: Communication issues - probably pretty typical but as a person going through a project this big for this first time, there were points that I was extremely frustrated. The two main issues were lack of responsiveness (only at times, at other times they were quick to respond) and lack of clear responses at times. To note: our project was big, and cost $30k. We could've bid the job out to a bunch of different, way cheaper people for probably $15k. However, we thought it was worth it to have one expert level company do all the work and this ended up being true for us. It was worth it.

Estimator, Jeff Wenzel, came out, discussed the substantial project, took measurements and promised a quote within a week.  Quote never arrived, and Park Range never responded to two messages left with the receptionist for Wenzel and one message left with the receptionist for the owner, Diane.  Very unprofessional and disappointing.  Wasted six weeks or more of summer construction season.

Park Range didn't do any work on the property because after multiple contacts by email and phone they never followed up and supplied the requested bid.

It was impossible to get a quote from this company.  Someone came out to get information for an estimate and then never got back to us.  We made FREQUENT phone calls to the company trying to get someone to provide a bid.  They would promise someone would get back to us and no one ever did.  There was ZERO follow through by the main office.  Finally, after probably two months of contacting the company, we went with another company.  Very frustrating and unprofessional experience.
