It is a long process, but Glen is amazing at taking you step-by-step through it and helping to understand what is needed. Very easy to work with!

We are still in the development phase. Mr. Palmer came to my home to discuss what changes could be made to best utilize the space on the second floor. He made suggestions and we decided on two approaches. He also went to the city building and planning office for a preliminary discussion with them on whether the approaches are within code. He has provided the first schematic and is preparing the second. I have already provided the first schematic to two contractors so that I can obtain estimates. I will do the same with the second schematic, and then I will have the information I need to decide which approach I like best. Once that is done, I am looking forward to working with Mr. Palmer to implement the design. I based my ratings on the fact that we are still in the early stages, but I don't foresee any problems. I have already benefitted from his expertise in helping me focus on those changes that will net the best use of the available space.

We are 50% complete with the project and Glen has been nothing but great on working with and the quality of work.

I believe this is the best firm to work with. they are very competttive and goes beyound the norms and help you with different aspects of construction, design. They are very resourceful with the final product.

Glen and Vaishali have been a pleasure to work with on our project. They have exceptionally creative designs and offered us a wonderful variety from which to choose. Although there were delays in our project because of changing circumstances within our home, they never showed impatience or reluctance to continue. What might have otherwise been a bland structure in the hands of another firm became an inventive, pleasing and efficient structure. Both were willing to meet with us as many times as necessary to finalize our drawings and were exceptionally helpful in gaining permits and ironing out difficulties. They are also both incredibly pleasant and professional individuals. They are both easily reached and return calls about concerns very promptly. I would highly recommend them and I am not usually easily impressed. Creative, and has a good handle on the costs of performing the work.

We were very surprised at what architects charge in Colorado for floor plan drafts not even blue prints that we can take to the permit office. We were very pleased with the amount of detail we received for our home theater room and the ideas that our architect proposed. When our sub contractor had questions I was able to call the architect and she was willing to talk to him so that everyone was clear.

So far so good. We aren't completely done with the blueprints yet.
