They also looked a toilet that was running and stated it was my neighbors toilet that I was hearing.

Satisfactory. Chuck was very professional and courteous, and explained that unless the problem is severe and constant, it can be difficult to determine where the problem is.

THE REPAIR DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. HE SAID THAT HE WAS NOT ABLE TO TROUBLESHOOT THE ISSUE AND I WOULD NEED A SECOND PLUMBER TO COME AND TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I DID GET SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY DID FIND AND FIX THE PROBLEM.
