NORWALK THE FURNITURE IDEA

Overall, this has been a horrible experience and we will never deal with this company again. We were told by the sales associate on 5/10/2008 that they were having a sale and our order would not be placed until 5/22 and according to their contract, we had 72 hours to change our minds. Since we were already at the store, we pre-paid for our order, trusting they were being truthful with us. We changed our minds on 5/21 and called to cancel our order, but were told that the fabric had already been purchased (on 5/14) and we were responsible for $1600. We also purchased a couch & ottoman back in March and still haven't received 2 accent pillows that we already paid for. We tried resolving the issue with owner, Jody Zippo, but efforts have been unsuccessful. We have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have told everyone to never deal with this company.
