Anne Kremer with New Age Real Estate exceptionally managed my rental property for three years.  Being and owner was incredibly simple! Terrence Lennon at New Age has made a huge impact on our rental business! With Terrence, we have brought all of our units up to market rates. He has helped us update the units while managing costs. Also, the New Age owner portal is easy to use and convenient. They provide timely, accurate financial statements and always pay on time.

I had to ask for them to make a physical inspection which apparently was done but I was only notified of one inspection since 2011.  I am a long-distance landlord so it's important to have someone I can trust to take care of my property.  I hired an independent party to go inspect the yard and they found weeds and grass growing into the rock gardens, trees dead in the yard (two of them from bugs), and none of this was reported to me until the two 10-year-old ornamental trees were dead.  The New Age rep stated the trees had died from a sudden freeze, but an independent, professional landscaper confirmed that bugs had eaten away at them over time.  I made requests (several over time) that the trees be sprayed and I believe a thorough on-site inspection would have revealed the problem which could have saved the trees.  Photos from the landscaper show weeds and grasses growing in the rock garden areas giving an unkempt appearance of the yard.  This worries me that if the outside is in this shape, the inside may have been neglected as well.  I am truly saddened about the trees dying because they were rare and expensive.

Other than that, NewAge is very good about collecting the rent every month in a timely fashion.  They notified me right away when  the clothes dryer broke down.  Then they coordinated delivery and installation of a new dryer with the tenant.

I am a long distance Landlord and  I hadn?t spoken with Angie in the past so this was our first ?meeting? (over the phone).  Two issues over the past few weeks have presented an opportunity for me to talk with Angie and she is THE BEST!   Both situations (independent of each other) were easy enough and Angie was great.  She is very thorough, she left me messages and followed up quickly when I wasn't able to get back to her in a reasonable amount of time.  I've been with New Age Real Estate from their beginning and am very please with the service.  Thank you!
