It was a Big Deal that I purchased. His name is Michael Becker. I had ordered the service in March but he is getting around to it now and he has been contacting me for the options to repair. I guess everything is on track so far. I am up in Denver and he is down in Arizona with my rental houses. All I know is he has been responsive and seems to be handling things okay. I don’t know what he has done yet; he is still working on what needs to be done. The deal was for stucco repair and painting but I had him do some more work, so it’s going to be quite a bit more. So far so good, I don’t have much experience except that we have just been in contact about what needed to be done. He got delayed because he had to finish another project which is okay with me as there was no urgency to it. I think they are working out okay.
