I visited the company to place my order. Their staff brought out the items I needed so I could see the quality of their products. Their equipment exactly met my needs. The large screen was very sturdy. Even though I was renting very low tech equipment, the employees treated me as if I was renting the most expensive and important equipment they had. They answered all my questions and showed me how to set it up. Their equipment was in excellent shape. I came back a couple of days prior to my event to pick up the equipment. Again, the staff demonstrated how the equipment should be set up and helped me load it. They put an extra bulb for the projector in case one should blow out and showed me how to change it. At our event, everything worked perfectly.
