I paid 200$ for a leak to be repaired. The leak is still currently a problem a week later and the company will not come back out to finish the job without more payment. To me, an honest technician finishes a job they startâ ¦ mile high spas does not have any guarantee of work, I would avoid and go go with someone else.

Gary came within 24 hours of my service request. He corrected the electrical issue, serviced my hot tub and gave me some great maintenance tips!

Gary was very easy to work. Felt price was high but did not really price shop prior. We just needed a quick fix. We will keep his info and most likely use him again if needed.

Gary was incredible! I had a leak in my spa that another company wasn't able to fix, and Gary handled it with ease. He also gave this first-time hot tub owner some helpful tips and tricks, and followed up afterwards to make sure the leak was resolved. 10/10 would recommend.

Quick response to problem with spa pump. He had a new pump on hand and replacement was done the next day.

We had Gary out to clean our hot tub and when he left our tub would not get warm due to a blown panel. After reading Google reviews this is not the first time he has fried an electrical panel and then charged them to replace it. We went from routine maintenance to being charged to not only replace the panel he broke but also his additional service fee. Very disappointed in our service and will not be using him again.

I just had my hot tub delivered today. the three guys that brought it were very nice and professional. set up hot tub in about one hour and then ran me through how to fill it. After filing it wasn't working properly so they came back and fixed the problem the same day. Thanks guys.
