Ken ended up evaluation out gutters, and cleaning out a clogged underground pipe just to help me out. Gave me advice on future cleaning, and didn't sell me anything I didn't need. He never asked me for any money or tried to up-sell me. Very professional, friendly and helpful. The office is very nice as well. Very professional, and actually do what they say they're going to do, and show up when they say they're going to show up!

Had to call them out to repaint because original paint job was terrible - but they were very responsive as I had not paid them yet.

At 10 minutes past the appointed time, the estimator did not show up so I called him. He said he had to take a fascia board out to a job. He had not called me to let me know he would be late or that he would like to reschedule. The estimator is the initial contact a customer has with a company. While this company may actually do great gutter installations, I can only judge by what I see and it wasn't good.

They came out and did the estimate within a week. My house was having flooding issues and a downspout into another gutter into a downspout over a window well (yes a lot of issues here) was the issue . They suggested using larger material around the bay window, the problem downspout, and for adding another downspout to the front of the house (There was only one in the front and two in the back). They told me they were scheduling 5 weeks out. I got the contract within the week, signed, and returned it. Then I waited 3 1/2 weeks and no one called me to schedule. I called and left two messages after 5 with no return. Finally in week 4 I called during business hours and got somebody. They told me they were scheduling 5 weeks out and I explained that it had officially been 4 weeks since I returned the signed contract. They told me they would call me back to schedule. They left a voicemail regarding the date of install 3 days later. I called the office to get a time. The office said I did not need to be there. I told them I wanted to be there. They said ok it will be between 12 and 3 . I asked if I could get a call before they headed to my house. They said fine. Day of, I got a call from the head asking about tying in the new drain pipe to the existing underground pipe and pop up drain. I knew this would be an issue and that is why I wanted to be present during the job. This was at 10 am. I had scheduled off work to meet them at the earliest 12. I asked if they could finish the rest of the work until I could get there at 12 and they said they could. When I got there, the technician was helpful in troubleshooting the issue and we decided on plan. They left it clean and the work looks sturdy, matches, and comes with a warranty. Overall, the workmanship and quality of materials are good. The administrative side of it left something to be desired but I appreciate the guys on site as they were very helpful. I am pleased with the work and just hope that any warranty appointments are not as difficult to schedule.

Contacted Gary Adams, sales consultant, who showed at the appointed time. We discussed hail damaged gutter system. He measured and sent an email estimate that was fair and consistent with insurance adjustor's estimate. The work team of Beau and Chris arrived on time and we went over the work to be done. They worked through some not-so-great weather (rain) and did a clean, neat job. You can tell when people know their job by their attitude. In my experience I would recommend this company for gutter work.

The part of a deal with a roofing contractor who subcontracted the work to a gutter contractor was cancelled after the gutter sub wasted my time going over the work in some detail, then did not show up when the roof was done, and then rescheduled his show-up date twice. Two men finally showed up at three in the afternoon and were standing out in front trying to figure out what they were supposed to do. I decided then that I did not want them on my house. I took the time to get four bids from the most highly rated contractors I could find. Mile High Seamless Gutter, Inc was not originally on the list until a gutter manufacturer in Iowa recommended them. They had the best technical, not the lowest, proposal and took the time to fully answer all of my questions. I wanted to go back with the same gutter configuration that was originally on the house. Mile High recommended a change that would provide better drainage from the long runs on the sides of the house. This is a definate improvement to insure that water will not stand in the gutters. The work was done sooner than I was told their schedule would allow. The three-man crew showed up right on time after I was given a scheduled date for the work. It was immediately clear that they knew what they were supposed to do on this particular house. They proceeded with a great deal of skill and energy. My dealings with everyone associated with Mile High Seamless Gutter was a pleasure, which included the Sales representative, their project scheduler in the office, and the three young men who did the work. It didnand acirc;??t hurt that they did it right before it started raining and snowing again. Thank you Mile High Seamless Gutters.

During one of the recent summer storms we experienced some mild flooding in our basement and it was determined to be a ?gutter
problem. We called to have a representative contact us so we could get the gutters measured for an estimate of the replacement costs. The representative came at the date and time we requested. He was very knowledgeable about his product
and answered our questions/recommendations and gave us his suggestions. We agreed to the install date and time as well as the written estimate he left with us. The workers came at the schedule time and date. We were very pleased with the original representative and workers. They were professional, hard working, and pleasant individuals who knew their trade. When they left they cleaned up the work area and the old gutters and materials were hauled away..

Rep came to our house when I requested, measured the gutters, described the new gutters and produced a written estimate. We agreed to an install date, they arrived early A.M and were done in about 3 hours. Gutters look great and installers were professional.

They were quick to respond to the call and send out an estimator. They sent them out to diagnose the problem we were having and within two days they came back with a solution, quote that it would cost, and how long it would take to do the service.

I called at 5 min to 5 and got an answering machine. I left my information and expected a call first thing the next morning about gutter replacement.
I did not get a return call for 36 hrs from my initial contact with this company. This reflects as to a company's customer service standards and general responsiveness -- a big negative right out of the gate.
I called and let Ken know that the response time was a huge negative and that I didn't need his services because of timeliness. I had already had 5 companies call me back for estimates within 24 hours.
Ken did apologize for how long it took to return the call and that he'd missed the opportunity for my business.

Things started out very well with Mile High's salesman; truly a helpful, punctual, knowledgeable and nice man. Developed some problems during and after services were rendered when the process they used (visible screws on fascia boards) differed from what we'd expected. The workers' supervisor dealt with us on a very professional basis regarding our complaints. Since having the final product as we'd envisioned would involve major tearing down, we compromised by having the unsightly screws replaced by rivets, which was an improvement, but not as "clean" a look as we would have liked. Apparently, using long screws to attach fascia is now the industry's standard procedure; our neighbors have fascia which are attached via invisible nails, which are more apt to become dislodged, forcing the homeowner to reattach them later. I gave the company a 'C' for whether I would refer friends to this company since we received 'A' service on the front and back ends, but had problems with the workers. First, they seemed very hurried in finishing their work; an example of this is that over 4 searches, we ended up finding a good couple pounds of old and new nails, screws and other sharp objects all over our yard. Also, one of the workers repeatedly left his cigarette butts on our property despite the company's policy of no smoking allowed anywhere on a home owner's property (this is a major pet peeve of mine).

The gutter which was installed about 15 years ago by another company became detached with one end falling to the ground. Mile High's sales representative gave us an appointment for an estimate and showed up as promised. He said the gutter had not been installed properly. He gave us two estimates: one including installation of a larger downspout and one for gutter replacement only. On receipt of the contract Mile High called and set up an appointment for the work to be done one week later. The workmen came at the appointed time and finished the job in about 1 hour. The workmanship was excellent. The team leader said they used longer screws and were careful to put them into the rafter ends.

Old gutters removed and hauled away. New gutters installed following specific instructions for location of downspouts. Solved problems with downspout clearing windows.

THE ESTIMATOR CAME TO OUR HOUSE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND LET US KNOW THAT WE SHOULD REPLACE RATHER THAN REPAIR OUR GUTTERS. HE LEFT US WITH COLOR SAMPLES AND A DETAILED ESTIMATE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF REPLACING THE GUTTERS, KEPT THE AREA CLEAN AND HAULED AWAY ALL OF THE OLD MATERIALS.
