Contacted him on 5/02 (contractor name is Marcelo) Came by on 5/12 to give quote. We agreeded to his quote. He was to come out on approx 5/19 to start. However on5/16 I texted him to hold off for a bit because my homeowners association told me I needed locator service to come out before digging of post holes I informed him. He seemed to understand. On 5/19 he said he would move to following week. After waiting on him to call with new date I called and texted him several time. No return calls. Finally on approx 5/26. I reached him by phone and asked if he was interested in the project since he would not return my calls. He told me to find another contractor since it was my fault that he had to rearrange his schedule to accommodate the locator service I am now starting over again to get my fence built.
