Took my mom there for help and Jim Anderson was fantastic just listening to my 90 year old mom going on on . He was so patient with my mom explaining everything to her. He was the kindest man. I ended up getting service to because he was so kind and patient. It was like his whole day was just for my mom. He came up with a plan for my mom that fits her. He even went above and beyond to speak to my brother about what he had found for my mom since he handles her bills and explained to him how he needed to go about handling the payment.

What a blessing it is to find true professionals in ANY service industry, but especially the Healthcare Plan industry post-Affordable Care Act/Obamacare. Paul and Managed Benefit Systems, Inc. took the hair-pulling frustration out of researching, isolating and enrolling us in a Health Plan perfect for our small, family-owned and family-operated business. Though our deductibles and premiums have tripled in 7 years under AFA, we can always count on Paul and MBS to help us find the best plan at the least painful rate. Thankful!

Paul was absolutely incredible. He promptly responded to may first inquiry and every inquiry after that. He recommended an excellent program for the company and handled all the paperwork. When at the the last minute one employee left, he quickly arranged to remove that employee from the plan before it went into effect.

He brought in another agent to help the owner with Medicare issues, even though he would get no commission on this. The other agent was great too and helped through all the hurdles.

He worked with the owner's wife and son to make sure they had private coverage, as the owner was leaving the group plan.
