Jake and Eric were at the work site when the insurance adjustor inspected the damage, and they made a point of discussing details and answering all questions. When materials arrived, Eric and his crew got a fairly large job done within a very reasonable time frame (a little more than a day), and they did a thorough job of cleaning up. As a property owner, I really appreciated NOT having to do additional clean-up of shingle pieces and roofing nails!

After getting estimates from several roofing contractors on Angie's List, we chose to hire Majestic Exteriors through a referral program from our insurance company. Jake Motzko was responsive and thorough to our questions during the estimate process. Once we signed the contract, he and his team were here within a week doing the work. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, were professional and courteous and cleaned up debris. The schedule was a challenge because of high winds and cold weather, so they worked on the weekend to get the job done. They found a few issues they couldn't see when they estimated the job (e.g. additional rotten wood), and they brought them to our attention, made recommendations, and gave us what we thought is a fair price to fix them. When the gutter team installed a downspout in the wrong location, they were here the next morning to correct it. We were so pleased with the process that I went on Angie's List to write a review for the company and discovered they weren't listed yet. We thought other members would like to know about them.
