I went with this company originally because my insurance agent recommended them and only got out of the contract by an act of grace. The salesman was super pushy and convinced our insurance adjuster to cash-out everything, including the recoverable depreciation. After accomplishing this feat, he wanted us to sign the check over to his company. After arguing with the salesman, he told me they would just take the deductible. I still felt uneasy, especially since I had to argue about the money. I called to ask to be given a different salesman to work with. I was told this would be done. Two hours later, the same salesman called wanting to come collect money. So I called my lawyer and started reviewing the contract with her and with other roofing companies. He never got what he wanted. I had to involve a lawyer and talk numerous times to our insurance company before M4 terminated the contract.
