They gave me a choice about somebody else doing part of the work because they estimated too much money and they knew it so I had part of the work done by somebody else.

We have used Malcolm for all of our plumbing needs for many years and will continue to do so. The service is always prompt and professional. I have been amazed at how quickly he gets back to us and has the problem fixed. When the hot water tank finally bit the dust, and we had a house full of guests, he was at the plumbing supply place when it opened in the morning and had it installed before we even felt the pain of no hot water. We had a broken pipe in our basement, from leaving the hose on our outside faucet. Malcolm was very responsive, and was ready to come early the next morning, though we called in the evening. He fixed the pipe and added a feature to drain the pipe, to prevent such freezes in the future. He was on time, has reasonable prices, and is very personable.

There was a little confusion of my address initially. Somewhere along the way, there was a typo in my house number and phone number. Once this was clarified, Malcolm made every effort to at least keep the day as scheduled. I was a little taken aback by the hole in my wall. However, after all was said and done, Malcolm clearly had knowledge of what had to be done. The work to the dry wall was minimal. He stood by his quote he gave over the phone. His assistant was not so handy, which he later admitted he already knew. The faucet works beautifully and hasn't leaked since! A few weeks later I called him to ask for a recommendation of a wholesale plumbing store. He gave a good recommendation of another helpful wholesale store.
