Put the wrong roof on my house. I chose this company based on my insurance agent’s recommendation because they offered an impact resistant roof that that would lower my insurance rate. Not only did they install the wrong roof that is not impact resistant and different from the roof they had me submit to my HOA for approval, they said it would be installed in 3 weeks which actually took 3 months, and the roofers accidentally broke my screen door when throwing the old roofing materials off. Legacy promised they would replace the broken door but never has. Additionally, Legacy put a property lien on my home for not paying them the remaining balance. When I’ve spoken with them, and showed them the contract that clearly shows the color, states its impact resistant and they’ll repair anything they damage, and the HOA approval letter, they yell at me and slam down the phone. My insurance agent says “he remembers as if it were yesterday, Legacy stating they installed the impact resistant roof for the price as the non-impact resistant roof” and that’s why he’s referred hundreds of his customers to them. I called the roofing material manufacturer and they confirmed the product on my Legacy contract is impact resistant and the product Legacy installed is not impact resistant. In court I’ll be asking the judge to order Legacy to refund my $3000 dollars deposit, remove the property lien, pay for the door they accidentally broke, pay all court costs.

Would 100% hire them again and would recommend them. They were fast, easy to work with and helped us jump all of the administrative hoops.

Would 100% hire them again and recommend them. They helped us jump through all of the hoops with our mortgage company and insurance company. They were prompt to respond to emails/phone calls and even came back after the work was done to make sure everything was cleaned up.

Taylor and Legacy Restoration did a great job on our roof and gutters replacement due to haul damage. They helped coordinate with the insurance company. The entire roof was replaced in one day, and they followed up with us to make sure everything went as expected. I would recommend them due to their ease of working with them.

The entire Legacy team was professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our sales rep Zach Goplen went above and beyond to walk us through the entire process. They helped us contact our insurance company to file a claim, worked with our insurance company to obtain an estimate, contacted our HOA, and worked with the city for permits and inspections. They were all very responsive to our questions and inquiries. The work went very smoothly and the work area was spotless upon their departure. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate working with them again if I had another project.

We were very fortunate that Legacy Restoration stopped by to evaluate our roof after a hail storm had damaged it. They were extremely professional, working closely with our Insurance carrier. The work was of the highest quality, done promptly, with first class materials. Options were presented so we chose upgrades to what insurance provided - The pricing was very reasonable. The field crews followed directions well. They provided protection around the house, and the cleanup was thorough. We had no problems with invoicing and Legacy even helped handle the insurance checks. We highly recommend Legacy Restoration for home improvement work and look forward to working with them again.
