Nice Guy and does good work but he messed up my job in a few ways and did not stand behind his work. I had them remodel my shower and they never replaced the insulation after they ripped it out and had a blame game with the plumber (which is the one the recommended) on the act. They insisted if I wanted it fixed I had to pay for the insulation and the machine and they would blow it. Then they flawed an area that the tile keeps cracking because it's a pressure point. A week after he repaired it, it cracked again when I reached out to Dustin he said he would handle it and eventually quit responding when I would contact him. I spent over $30,000 with his company and have a shower that has cracked tile. I like Dustin but he does not stand behind his mistakes (work). Dustin read this and do the right thing!!!!!
