Interior Painting, Deck Maintenance
K & R consists of Kim, her sister and her mother. Kim and her crew came on a Saturday to power wash the porch and deck. They arrived on time Monday morning to begin the work. After staining the porch, we decided the color was too light for our liking, so Kim went back to the store to buy different stain. They re-stained the porch without complaint and proceeded to stain the deck. Our handrail was a mess...my kids spilled their juice all over the unsealed wood and we thought it was ruined. Kim's mom worked each stain with steel wool. The trim, base and doors were original 1970's dark wood. Kim and her team put 5 coats of paint on the doors. We are extremely impressed with this company. We just completed a full house remodel, and K & R is the hardest working team we have encountered. As a plus, they were a pleasure to have in the house...very funny and they were great with my kids.
