They showed up within the time they said they would. However, they took the tour of the home, commenting that they didn't know it was going to be this much furniture. My sister had been very clear on what was to be moved when she set up the move. The two guys came back into the her home after talking outside and asked if they could leave to go get a larger truck and another guy to help them. They said it would take about one hour, but it would make the move go much quicker. We agreed. They completely bailed on the job!! They never returned and wouldn't pick up when we called to see where they were. FOUR hours later, we gave up and started to call other moving companies to see if they could come Saturday. After numerous calls, we located a moving company, who agreed to be there the next day. This is NOT a reliable company at all!!! They were so unprofessional to leave us hanging on moving day, because they decided they didn't want to work that hard or move that much furniture. Do not use this moving company!
Description of Work: I was helping my sister with a move. My sister hired this company to move her heavy furniture & household items from one home to another (within 1 mile of each other).
