Joan was able to fit me in the day after I called. She did a good job and the price was fair.

We set up an appointment and she came to tune the piano right away. A piano key was sticking and she came back to fix it with no charge to me. She was professional and very diligent about her work. I would certainly recommend her to others.

Joan Wagner has tuned our piano (at one time, TWO pianos) for the past ten years and always been cooperative, flexible, and good to work with--and done a good job. Joan was first recommended to us by my friend who majored in music in college, was a public school music teacher, and served as church organist/pianist throughout the Denver area. My friend said Joan was the best! Joan's business card says "Joan Wagner, B.M. M.M Certified Piano Tuner-Technician". To be honest, I'm not sure what the initials stand for;I just know my friend (who has serious music credentials) recommended her. Joan's prices are reasonable, and she's good to work with. If you're looking for a piano tuner, you won't go wrong with Joan Wagner!
