She comes on time and she is just great because she thinks she is going to get a sale. She works really well with you to get you what you want and what would work really well in your home. Then she puts the order in and then tells you about how many days it going to be, they are always on time. She then comes out and installs them and everything is great on the front end. The negative part of it is when you do have a problem, which I did the cord will not pull, it is jammed. When you call her, she doesn t get back in touch with you. It is now going on 10 days that I have not heard from her. I have called her 3 times and so far I have not heard from her and at this point I am going to have someone else come out and look at my blinds and fix them and this is going to cost me extra and if she would of gotten back with me it would have been covered and there would be no charge. In my opinion this lady is great when she thinks she is going to get a sale but then when something goes wrong good luck because you will never hear from her again. Also, these blinds all have guaranties on them.
