No problems - completed as promised

Initially went for a repair. When technician attempted to repair the chip cracked across the windshield requiring a replacement. I scheduled the replacement with the technician who tried to repair the chip. I asked if it would be factory glass and he said it would be. When windshield was replaced it was not OEM glass but OEE glass. I called Insight while it was being replaced to complain. They said the technician from the day before was new and misspoke. Therefore they did not stand by what their employee said I would be getting. During the replacement, they gave me a new Express Toll sticker which they said they send the paperwork to Express Toll to change my account. That did not happen. When I received my next statement, the tolls read after the windshield replacement were VTolls. I called and was told I needed to contact Express Toll to change. They said they sent letter but Express Toll said none was received. Again, did not get the service I was promised. The installer did a great job and was timely but my negative ratings are for the company not standing behind what I was told I would get.

I needed a windshield. The 1st place I called was Safelite. I had used them in the past and was happy with their work. When I called them today they gave me a price of $326. I was shocked and said the last time I got a windshield it cost about $180. He got snippy with me and asked how long it had been since I had this done. I said and quot;a few yearsand quot;. Then he proceeded to tell me that prices have gone up. He talked a long time telling me why should use them AND it would be $20 more unless I brought it to their shop. I called Insight Auto Gl*** and they were very nice and professional. James came to my house, did the job in about 1/2 hour, didn't charge to come to my house and the bill was $187.44. I will NEVER call Safelite again.

Needed a new windshield. Originally tried Satellite, but it was going to take them nearly a week to get me in. I couldn't wait that long so I called Insight. I asked for a quote and was very surprised when it was about half of what Satellite was going to charge. Insight could have replaced my windshield the day I called them but I needed to wait until the follow day. Brandon showed up right on time and had it replaced in less than an hour. Would definitely use them again.

Service call was fine. Replaced 2 windshields at my house ahead of the rain, and in time to make another appointment. Best part of the service is that they could not give a warranty on one of the replacements, and when a leak was noticed after installation, they came out and fixed it free of charge anyway- time will tell if repair worked, but at least they made the trip out.

James Polk from Insight Auto Glass was great.  Came to our house on short notice.  Very professional.  Explained clearly why the glass had cracked.  Did a great job repairing it and improving on the job done by a previous repair company.  The company called the next day to make sure we were happy.  Great service!

Insight Auto Glass were good. Their prices were reasonable.

I scheduled. We had a heavy snow storm. They promptly called me to reschedule for another day. They showed up during the scheduled time. Completed the job within the time promised.
