We needed a security system.. We paid to have the system installed we own the system.
We only pay for monthly monitoring.  Good deal.

They came out and installed and rewired the system to activate it for us.  They had a great price and were very easy to work with to schedule appointments.  They are locally based and the technician that came out was very thorough and helpful and mindful of the fact that I had a one year old and that I had to work around that.  We will continue to use their services for our home security system in the future. 

We were notified by Douglas County Sheriff and by All American Monitoring that our previous alarm company, Security Works, failed to meet their contractual obligations and that service was being terminated.

Home Security Centers set an appointment on the first call.  The technician arrived early on the appointed day.  The technician made a very thorough test and evaluation of our current system.  The technician then went through every setting in our system to make sure it was correct and made the changes necessary to convert monitoring to their service.  The technician replaced the backup battery in the system, because it was old and was no longer holding an adequate charge, with a longer lasting battery.  The technician recommended to additions to our system that we will have added this month.

The office staff quickly handled the contractual paperwork and permits with Douglas County.
